November 13, 2022 – “People Prayers: Empowering the Church” – Luke 21:5-19 – As we conclude our series on the Prayers of the People, we discuss the role of the church. Are we simply passive spectators, wringing our hands and bemoaning the direction of the world? Are we just to sit around and wait for Jesus to return? That’s not what our Lord wants. He expects us to be out there modeling God for the world and even getting in to trouble for doing so!
